Liga Boss: Looking for League Organizers to Join the Pilot
Liga Boss is a new website for running basketball leagues, built for the Philippines and open to leagues anywhere. It's at a very early stage, and I'm looking for 2 to 3 league organizers to run a free pilot season.
Liga Boss is a new website for running basketball leagues, built for the Philippines and open to leagues anywhere. It's at a very early stage, and I'm looking for a few league organizers to help shape it in a pilot season.
What Liga Boss is
If you've ever run a liga, you know how much work happens off the court: schedules in group chats, scoresheets in a folder, standings typed up by hand, and pubmats made at midnight after game day.
Liga Boss puts that in one place. Organizers set up a season, divisions, teams and rosters, then publish a schedule. After each game, the league records stats on a printable Game Sheet that comes prefilled with player names and jersey numbers. Results go in through a simple web form or a spreadsheet upload, and nothing counts until the organizer approves it.
Once a result is approved, standings, box scores and player stats update on the league's public page, and the site makes a ready-to-share graphic for the final score.
What makes it different
Most league tools stop at one league. Liga Boss is built as a network.
- One player profile across every league. A player who plays in three ligas can build one record, linked only when that league's organizer approves.
- A league directory. Players and teams can find leagues by place and division.
- Leaderboards. Stat leaders by place and division, with checks to keep fake leagues out.
It starts with basketball. Pickleball and badminton are planned next.
Where it is right now
I'll be honest: Liga Boss is early. The plan, design and screens are done, and I'm now building the site. I'm sharing it now because I'd rather build it with real organizers than guess what you need.
Join the pilot
I'm looking for 2 to 3 basketball leagues to run a full season on Liga Boss.
Who it's for: barangay ligas, city and company leagues, and anyone organizing regular games with teams and rosters.
What you'd do: set up your league, record your games, and tell me what works and what doesn't.
What you get: free use during the pilot, direct contact with me as I build it, and a say in what gets built first.
Sign up: email apps@kantoprojects.com with your league's name, location and number of teams.
If you're not running a league but know someone who is, please send this their way.

Does Liga Boss handle league fees or player IDs?
No. League money, eligibility and player IDs stay with the league. Liga Boss covers schedules, results, stats and sharing.
When does it launch?
After the pilot. I'll post updates here on Kanto Projects as it gets closer.
